The website operator takes the protection of your data very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal provisions. Because changes can be made to this data privacy statement due to new technology and the constant development of this website, we recommend that you read this data privacy statement at regular intervals.

The definitions of the terms used (e.g. “personal data” or “processing") can be found in Art. 4 GDPR.

Access data

We, the website operator or site provider, collect data about the access to the website based on our justified interest (see Art. 6, paragraph 1f GDPR) and save this as server log files on the website’s server. The following data is thereby recorded:

  • Website visited
  • Time of access
  • Quantity of data sent, in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you reached the page
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • IP address used

The server log files are saved for maximum 30 days and then deleted. The saving of data is done for security reasons, for example to be able to clarify cases of misuse. If data has to be collected for the sake of proof, this is not deleted until the original incident has been finally settled.

SSL encryption (HTTPS protocol)
To protect your transferred data as best as possible, the website operators use SSL encryption. You can recognise encrypted connections by the prefix “https://" in the page link, in the address line of your browser. Unencrypted pages are marked with “http://”.
All data, which you transfer to this website – such as via requests or logins – cannot be read by third parties thanks to the SSL encryption.

Cookies are small files, which are saved on your terminal device. Your browser accesses these files. The use of cookies increases the user-friendliness and security of this website.
If you do not want cookies for reach measurement to be saved on your terminal device, you can reject the use of these files here:

The collection and processing of personal data

The website operator only collects, uses and transfers your personal data if this is allowed within the legal framework, or if you approve to the data collection (see the contact form for the approval of data processing).
Personal data is deemed to be all information which is used to determine your person, and which can be traced to you – such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number.

You can also visit this website without providing personal information. To improve our online offer, we do, however, save your access data on this website (without linking it to your person). This access data includes, for example, the file requested by you or the name of your internet provider. By anonymising the data, it is not possible to draw inferences into your person.

  • We only process personal data, which you send to us via the contact form. The data comprises the salutation, name, organisation/company, address (street, house number, post code, town/city), telephone number, e-mail address, subject, comment or message. Only the following is mandatory for the further processing of your data: name, organisation, town/city, telephone, e-mail address, subject and message. We only process personal data with the explicit permission of the affected user and observing the applicable data privacy provisions. The processing of personal data is done based on our authorised interest to contact a company, issue an offer, send informational materials, handle complaints and claims and is solely used to optimise our website. The transferred data is used in particular for contact purposes (by telephone, letter or e-mail).

Handling contact data

If you get in contact with us, as the website operator, by using the contact options provided, your details are saved so that the data can be used to process and respond to your request. This data is not transferred to third parties without your consent.

At the moment there is no option to add comments on our website.

Tools to analyse the online offer/website

This website does not use Google Analytics. We use the service “Webalizer” based on our authorised interest to optimise and analyse our online offer, as per Art. 5, paragraph 1f, GDPR, which is offered under the GNU licence. For more information, please see: http://www.webalizer.org/

IP anonymisation is used on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the Member States of the EU and the EEC, and in the other contracting states. Only in individual cases is the IP address sent to a server of Google in the USA and shortened there. This shortening removes the reference to your person. The IP address of the user transferred by the browser is not linked to other data saved by Google.

The Webalizer tool creates an evaluation of the website use and the website activity using the collected information, and performs services associated with the use of the internet.

The data collected by Webalizer on our behalf is used to be able to evaluate the use of our website by individual users, for example to create reports about the activities on the website to improve our online offer.

You have the option to prevent cookies being saved on your device, by making corresponding settings in your browser. It cannot be guaranteed that you will be able to access all the functions of this website without restrictions, if cookies are not permitted by your browser. In any case, the website has been programmed so that it can be used without cookies.
